Goose Lake Farm and Winery Port Wine Making Classes for Winter 2009
Classes will be offered on your choice of 2 dates. Starting January 3rd and finishing on February 21st OR Starting February 28th and finishing on April 18th
Class size is limited to 8 people for each session so sign up early!
Schedule for the January 3rd class start is as follows: Saturday January 3rd 10 am to 11am. Start your kit Saturday January 10th 10am to 11am. Chapelization Saturday January 17th 10am to 11am Rack Wine Saturday January 31st 10am to 11am. Stabilizing and Clearing Saturday February 21st 10am. to 12 Noon, Taste, Bottle, Label and Cork. You will have approx. 28, 375 ml. bottles of your own special wine to share!
Schedule for the February 28th class start is as follows: Saturday February 28th 10am to 11am. Start your kit Saturday March 7th 10am to 11am. Chapelization Saturday March 14th 10am to 11am Rack Wine Saturday March 28th, 10am to 11am. Stabilizing and Clearing Saturday April 18th, 10am to 12 Noon, Taste, Bottle Label and Cork You will have approx. 28, 375 ml. bottles of your own special wine to share!
Design your own custom labels and bring them with you on bottling day OR for a small extra charge, we can order them for you to have on bottling day!
The cost for your choice of class is $180.00 per person and includes: Up to 28 bottles, corks, capsules, your choice of 1 wine kit and all the help and use of the equipment you will need to make really tasty wine!
