Goose Lake Farm and Winery Is offering Beginner WINE MAKING CLASSES for the Fall of 2008 Classes will be offered on your choice of 2 dates. Starting September 5th and finishing on October 10th. OR Starting September 7th and finishing on October 12th.
Class size is limited to 7 people for each session so sign up early!
Schedule for the September 5th class start is as follows: Friday September 5th. 6pm to 7pm. Start your kit Friday September 12th. 6pm to 7pm. Rack to Carboy Friday September 26th. 6pm to 7pm. Check wine for clarity. Friday October 10th. 6pm to 8pm. Taste, Bottle, Label and Cork. You will have approx. 28 bottles of your own special wine to share just in time for Halloween!
Schedule for the September 7th class start is as follows: Sunday September 7th, 6pm to 7pm. Start your kit Sunday September 14th, 6pm to 7pm. Rack to Carboy Sunday September 28th, 6pm to 7pm. Check wine for clarity. Sunday October 12th, 6pm to 8pm Taste, Bottle Label and Cork.
For less than $5.00 a bottle you’ll have wine for yourself, and to share for Halloween!
Design your own custom labels and bring them with you on bottling day OR for a small charge, we can order them for you to have on bottling day!
The cost for your choice of class is $130.00 per person and includes: Up to 28 bottles, corks, capsules, your choice of 1 wine kit and all the help and use of the equipment you will need to make really tasty wine!
Wine kits to choose from are: Peach Apricot Chardonnay Mango Citrus Symphony Black Raspberry Merlot Kiwi Pear Sauvignon Blanc Green Apple Riesling Strawberry White Merlot Blackberry Cabernet Wild Berry Shiraz Blueberry Pinot Noir Exotic Fruits White Zinfandel White Cranberry Pinot Grigio Sign up Deadline for your choice of either class is August 21st.
