WINE MAKING CLASSES for the Fall of 2008

Classes will be offered on your choice of 3 dates.

Starting October 14^th and finishing on November 15^th. Or Starting October 16^th and finishing on November 20^th. And Starting on Sunday November 16^th and Ending on December 21^st.

Class size is limited to 7 people for the October 14^th and 16^th Sessions and limited to 10 people for the November 16^th Session so sign up early!

Schedule for the October 14^th class start is as follows:

Tuesday October 14^th.  6pm to 7pm. Start your kit

Tuesday October 21^st. 6pm to 7pm. Rack to Carboy

Tuesday November 4^th.  6pm to 7pm.  Check wine for clarity.

Saturday November 15^th. 6pm to 8pm. Taste, Bottle, Label and Cork.

Schedule for the October 16^th class start is as follows:

Thursday October 16^th, 6pm to 7pm. Start your kit

Thursday October 23^rd, 6pm to 7pm. Rack to Carboy

Thursday November 6^th, 6pm to 7pm. Check wine for clarity.

Thursday November 20^th, 6pm to 8pm Taste, Bottle Label and Cork.

Schedule for the November 16^th class start is as follows:

Sunday November 16^th, 6pm to 7pm. Start your kit

Sunday November 23^rd, 6pm to 7pm. Rack to Carboy

Sunday December 7^th, 6pm to 7pm. Check wine for clarity.

Sunday December 21^st, 6pm to 8pm Taste, Bottle Label and Cork.

You will have approx. 28 bottles of your own special wine to share just in time for The Holidays!

Design your own custom labels and bring them with you on bottling day OR for a small charge, we can order them for you to have on bottling day!

The cost for your choice of class is $160.00 per person and includes: Up to 28 bottles, corks, capsules, your choice of 1 wine kit and all the help and use of the equipment you will need to make really tasty wine!
