WINE MAKING CLASSES for the Fall of 2008

 

Classes will be offered on your choice of 3 dates.

Starting October 14th and finishing on November 15th. Or Starting October 16th and finishing on November 20th. And Starting on Sunday November 16th and Ending on December 21st.

                                   

Class size is limited to 7 people for the October 14th and 16th Sessions and limited to 10 people for the November 16th Session so sign up early!

 

Schedule for the October 14th class start is as follows:

Tuesday October 14th.  6pm to 7pm. Start your kit

Tuesday October 21st. 6pm to 7pm. Rack to Carboy

Tuesday November 4th.  6pm to 7pm.  Check wine for clarity.

Saturday November 15th. 6pm to 8pm. Taste, Bottle, Label and Cork.

 

Schedule for the October 16th class start is as follows:

Thursday October 16th, 6pm to 7pm. Start your kit

Thursday October 23rd, 6pm to 7pm. Rack to Carboy

Thursday November 6th, 6pm to 7pm. Check wine for clarity.

Thursday November 20th, 6pm to 8pm Taste, Bottle Label and Cork.

 

Schedule for the November 16th class start is as follows:

Sunday November 16th, 6pm to 7pm. Start your kit

Sunday November 23rd, 6pm to 7pm. Rack to Carboy

Sunday December 7th, 6pm to 7pm. Check wine for clarity.

Sunday December 21st, 6pm to 8pm Taste, Bottle Label and Cork.

 

You will have approx. 28 bottles of your own special wine to share just in time for The Holidays!

 

Design your own custom labels and bring them with you on bottling day OR for a small charge, we can order them for you to have on bottling day!

 

The cost for your choice of class is $160.00 per person and includes: Up to 28 bottles, corks, capsules, your choice of 1 wine kit and all the help and use of the equipment you will need to make really tasty wine!

 

Vintners Reserve World Vineyard Collection Wine kits to choose from are:

Australian Shiraz                                   Australian Chardonnay

Chilean Malbec                                    French Sauvignon Blanc

French Cabernet Sauvignon                  Italian Pinot Grigio

Italian Sangiovese                                 German Muller Thurgau

 

Sign up Deadlines for your choice of the October 14th or the 16th class is October 1st,

And the Sign up Deadline for the November 16th Class is November 1st.

FULL PAYMENT AND WINE KIT SELECTION FOR THE CLASS OF YOUR CHOICE IS DUE WHEN YOU REGISTER.
